Privacy Policy

The data controller is Andaro Estates (the “Company”, “we”). By using the Website, sending a request or contacting us via messengers you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not share personal data with us.

Data you provide yourself. Name, phone number, e-mail address, messenger username and the text of your message — when you fill in the request form, write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or Instagram, or call. Also your property preferences: region, budget, property type and purchase goal, if you specified them.

Data collected automatically. Technical details of the visit: IP address, device and browser type, pages opened, referral source, date and time of the visit. This data does not identify you on its own and is used in aggregated form.

Data in your browser. The list of properties added to “Favourites” is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to our servers.

• to reply to your request, shortlist properties and hold a consultation;
• to support the deal: prepare documents, arrange viewings and meetings, pass information to the developer or owner on your behalf;
• to contact you about the questions you asked and report on the status of the selection;
• to improve the Website: understand which sections are useful and which are not, fix errors;
• to comply with legal requirements and protect our legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for mailings you have not agreed to. Updates on new properties are sent only at your request; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying “stop” in any channel.

We share data with third parties only to the extent needed for your task, and only with those bound by confidentiality:

• developers and property owners — name and contact for booking, viewing or contract preparation, on your instruction;
• lawyers, notaries, banks and translators — when supporting the deal, with your consent;
• technical contractors — the hosting provider, messenger and telecom operators, analytics services that process data on our behalf;
• government authorities — where required by law.

Messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Instagram) are independent operators: correspondence there is also governed by their own policies.

The Website uses technical cookies required for it to work (for example, to remember the chosen language and currency) and anonymised traffic metrics. We do not use cookies to show personalised advertising on other websites.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The main sections of the Website — catalogue, map, guides — will keep working; the selected currency and “Favourites” may stop being saved.

Request data is stored in a protected database on the Company's server with restricted access; data exchanged between your browser and the Website is encrypted (HTTPS). Only staff who need client data for their work have access to it.

We keep request data while a selection or deal is in progress and for up to three years after the last contact — so we can return to your request if you get in touch again. At your request data is deleted earlier, unless the law obliges us to keep it longer (for example, documents of a completed deal).

• to learn which of your data we process and receive a copy;
• to correct inaccurate data;
• to request deletion of data or restriction of processing;
• to withdraw consent to processing — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
• to opt out of informational messages.

We may update this policy when legislation or the Company's processes change. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last update is stated at the top of the document. We will additionally notify clients we are working with about significant changes.
