About the project

KIRA is a residential development under construction by LP Development in Ta Khan, Ban Khai district, Rayong province. The project comprises 64 detached two-storey homes in a Modern Luxury style: 42 Type B homes of 315 m² and 22 Type C homes of 430 m². The architecture features large windows and calm natural tones. Layouts include spacious living areas, on-plot parking and outdoor relaxation spaces. The development lies on the route from Rayong towards Ban Khai, with access to Central Rayong and the SISB and Belfry international schools. According to the developer’s September 2026 update, the show home is open for visits and construction is continuing.
