Living Sense 1

About the project

Living Sense 1 is a completed residential community by Living Free Ga Development on Phla Road in the Ban Chang area of Rayong province. The project comprises 48 houses and was completed in 2020. The houses are built in Modern Tropical style: single-storey layouts combine living spaces with their own plot and parking. The project offers detached and semi-detached houses of approximately 100–145 m² with two or three bedrooms. Plot sizes range from about 169–330 m². Residents enjoy landscaped areas, a children's playground, security and CCTV. From the community it is easy to reach Phla Beach, Ban Chang shops and the area's main roads.
