Cheva Life Khao Yai is a fully built residential village of 28 houses in Phaya Yen, along Kut Khla–Phan Suek Road. Across approximately 17 rai, three residential zones are united: Swiss Hill — 11 two-storey houses, Cheva Life — 9 single-storey houses with parking on the lower level, Waterfall — 8 two-storey houses next to a natural waterfall. The living area of the offered houses is approximately 350–700 m². The Modern Luxury Nordic architecture combines steep gable roofs, large windows and open spaces. Layouts include three or four bedrooms, staff rooms and private relaxation areas. All three zones belong to a single project.
