Casa Vacanza Khaoyai is a residential project by KPN Residence in Pong Ta Long, set on approximately 38 rai of land. The village is designed for 43 single-storey houses in Mediterranean style. Three house types are available: Delfinio at 201 m², Mughetto at 313 m², and Gladiolo at 575 m². Layouts include two to four bedrooms, spacious common areas, and terraces; select types feature a private pool or open-air jacuzzi. Plots range from 115–474 square wah and are set on terrain with hill views. Some houses are already built and occupied; the communal infrastructure and construction of the remaining houses are part of the village's ongoing development.
Infrastructure and advantages
- Individual plots and parking for two to three cars. The Mughetto and Gladiolo houses feature a private pool, while Delfinio has an open-air jacuzzi. The planned communal facilities include a clubhouse, business lounge, fitness center, sauna, a 25 m shared pool with a saline system, gardens, a children's playground, and a jogging track.
