About the project

Kensington Place Khao Yai, also known as Kensington Khaoyai, is a residential project by Torfun Property in Wang Katha, Pak Chong District. The architecture is inspired by the English city of Bath: classic façades, gardens and the terraced placement of homes on the hills create a countryside setting with views over the surrounding landscape. The residential area combines detached houses, townhouses and low-rise apartments. The Coventry, Surrey and Newcastle models are available, along with apartment layouts; living space ranges from approximately 130–367 m². The infrastructure includes landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, a pool, fitness facilities, a restaurant, a café, an art gallery and an organic garden. Round-the-clock security and CCTV are provided.
