Thyme Hill Village is a residential project by NYE Estate in Phaya Yen, Pak Chong District, set on approximately 40 rai of land. The architectural concept combines 36 two-storey villas with the Resort Residences apartment section. The villas, featuring three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two-car parking, face the hills and green landscape; a number of completed homes are already present on the grounds. The Resort Residences section is planned to comprise six buildings ranging from four to six storeys, with 160 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
