ERA Tropical Residence is an ERA Design project in Wok Tum on the west coast of Koh Phangan, planned as 10 private villas with one, two or three bedrooms and a shared reception area. The villas include lagoon-style pools, tropical gardens, covered terraces and parking. Two- and three-bedroom layouts have an additional bedroom upstairs beneath the roof. The tropical architecture combines ceilings up to 7 m high, deep roof overhangs and natural ventilation. Terrazzo finishes are specified, alongside solar panels, solar water heating and outdoor lighting, a filtered deep-well water supply and individual rainwater collection tanks. The Wok Tum coast, mangroves and fishing harbour are nearby, with access to Hin Kong restaurants and shops, Koh Phangan Hospital and Thong Sala Pier. The announced planned completion date is December 2026.
