The Corner Cottages is a residential project by Koh Phangan Realty in the Coconut Lane area of Koh Phangan. It comprises three single-storey villas, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool on a fenced plot of about 600 m². Each bedroom measures 16 m², while the combined kitchen, living and dining area covers almost 50 m². A spacious covered terrace adjoins the living spaces. High ceilings, wide door and window openings, deep overhangs, insulated roofs and 20 cm aerated concrete walls are designed for the tropical climate. Specifications include slip-resistant tiles, teak interior doors, granite kitchen and bathroom worktops, rainwater harvesting and three-phase electricity. A public road provides access without a steep climb. Construction began in August 2023. A March 2024 progress update reported that the first villa was nearing completion; a confirmed completion date for the entire project has not been published.
