PomPom Holiday Homes is a custom-villa project in southwestern Koh Phangan, in Baan Tai, between the sea and the hills. The land is divided into 13 plots of 544–1,344 m² intended for individual construction. Villa Coco and Villa Coco Plus designs allow personal choices of layout and finishes. Villa Coco is specified with three en-suite bedrooms and 250 m² of living space, plus 150 m² of pool, sun terrace and sala, totalling 400 m². Villa Coco Plus is specified with four en-suite bedrooms, 270 m² of living space and 150 m² of outdoor areas, totalling 420 m². Features include an equipped kitchen, built-in furniture, library area, sauna, massage sala and jacuzzi. The architecture combines contemporary forms, Asian influences, natural wood and tropical landscaping. A private concrete road serves the plots, with a private water well.
