About the project
Hill Valley is an intimate project by AVA Estate comprising five villas on a hillside in the Chaloklum area of Ko Pha-ngan. The two-bedroom homes are designed with the terrain and sea views in mind. The open-plan living room and kitchen open onto a terrace and private pool, while the bedrooms are set apart for privacy. Modern architecture, extensive glazing and landscaping connect the interior spaces with the tropical surroundings.
