Essence Residence

About the project

Essence Residence is an under-construction apartment complex by Harmony Phuket in the Rawai area in the south of Phuket, close to the promenade. The seven-storey project features studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes with areas from 50.21 to 260 m². The interiors were designed by the design and architecture studio of Ekaterina Gerdt. The complex allows living with pets. The apartments are equipped with the HITE PRO smart home system and central air conditioning. Certain layouts feature private gardens on the ground floor and terraces for duplexes; some apartments offer views of the sea or the Big Buddha statue. The project's infrastructure includes a planned pool and rooftop lounge area, a gym, sauna, children's pool with a playground, a restaurant, an open-air cinema and underground parking with EV charging stations. Nearby are Chalong Pier, Rawai Promenade and Nai Harn and Yanui beaches.
