Grand Ville is a Krabi Land and House by Leona Group development in Na Thai, Ao Nang. It comprises six detached villas in six buildings: three Type A, one Type B and two Type C. All residential rooms are on one level, with open rooftop terraces above. Type A has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; Types B and C have three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each villa includes a private pool, garden, terraces and parking for two cars. Total areas are 227.10 m² for Type A, 341.86 m² for Type B and 372.86 m² for Type C; these figures include pools, parking, open terraces and ancillary areas.
