The Momentum District is a multi-functional district under construction by Serene Innovations & Developments in Layan, Phuket. The residential part comprises Serene Condo Layan, Terra Grove Layan, two phases of Urban Scapes Layan, and Synchro Layan townhouses. The stated 422 residential units refer to the district as a whole, not to a single condominium or building.
