About the project

Ao Nang Valley Apartments is a residential community among Ao Nang’s limestone hills. It comprises eight two-storey apartments: four Standard and four Deluxe. The Standard series was completed in 2021 and the Deluxe series in 2022, including the final property in December 2022. Standard options include one-bedroom apartments of 45 sq m and a two-bedroom property of 60 sq m. Deluxe options include one-bedroom properties of 74 and 86 sq m and a two-bedroom property of 84 sq m. Area, bathroom count and equipment vary by apartment and should be checked for the chosen property. Deluxe properties have covered parking and separate outdoor spaces. Large windows provide natural light, ventilation and views of surrounding greenery. Construction uses double walls, insulated roofing and ventilated structures. Apartments have kitchens and Wi-Fi. Shops and cafés are nearby, while the beaches are approximately five kilometres away. Short- and long-term rentals are offered.
