Krabi Cliff Villas

About the project

Krabi Cliff Villas is a small residential project beside a limestone cliff in the green surroundings of Nong Thale. Two single-level house types are offered: two bedrooms with two bathrooms, or four bedrooms with five bathrooms. Each villa is planned with a private pool, garden, terrace and parking. The two-bedroom Type 1 is listed at 147.5 sq m in total. This includes a 21.3 sq m terrace, a 4.5 sq m entrance area, 21 sq m parking and an 18.3 sq m pool, so it should not be treated as indoor floor area alone. The living and dining area forms an open space with access to the pool. Access is via a private road monitored by CCTV, and each plot is enclosed by walls. Power and internet cables run underground. The design provides for natural ventilation and a roof prepared for possible solar panel installation. Some villas have already been built and can be viewed; new homes are offered for construction with finishing choices. The kitchen specification includes fitted cabinetry, while appliances are excluded.
