Koh Lanta Tropical Villa

About the project

Koh Lanta Tropical Villa is a small project of five detached villas with private pools amid tropical greenery on Koh Lanta. The published masterplan shows five residential buildings on separate plots along a public road seven metres wide. The two-level layout comprises a ground level with a stated total area of 124 sq m and a 56.5 sq m mezzanine. The 124 sq m includes a 17.2 sq m terrace and a 12.5 sq m pool, so it should not be treated as indoor floor area alone. The mezzanine contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hallway. Each villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. Kitchen, dining and living spaces form an open area with high ceilings and large windows. The orientation, natural ventilation and shading are designed for the tropical climate. The gallery contains architectural visualisations.
