The Palm Villa is a developing apartment and villa community on Koh Lanta, between Klong Dao and Long Beach. The current masterplan provides for 27 properties: eight two-bedroom villas, six three-bedroom villas, six three-bedroom villas with private pools and seven one-bedroom apartments. The presented types have single-level layouts. The areas in the published plans include outdoor spaces. The 55.50 sq m apartment comprises 40.50 sq m indoors and a 15 sq m terrace. The 100.59 sq m two-bedroom villa includes a 27 sq m terrace; the 122.64 sq m three-bedroom villa includes a 26 sq m terrace. The three-bedroom Pool Villa is listed at 141.96 sq m, including a 27.25 sq m terrace, a 15.66 sq m pool and a 2.95 sq m pump room. These totals should not be interpreted as indoor floor area alone. Layouts combine kitchen, dining and living areas with terraces and green spaces. The shared pool measures 24 × 6 m; private pools belong to the Pool Villa category. A local team manages the community, and accommodation is self-catered. Some properties are already used for residential stays. The website identifies the three-bedroom villas as under construction, with stays planned from 1 November 2026. This is a date for one phase and does not confirm completion of the whole development.
