The Guu Villas is an intimate development of four separate villas near Long Beach on Koh Lanta’s west coast. The architecture combines modern layouts, Balinese influences and open spaces. Chang-Guu (Villa 1) has two bedrooms; Ling-Guu (Villa 2) has two bedrooms plus bunk beds; Kung-Guu (Villa 3) has three bedrooms plus additional bunk beds. Wong-Guu (Villa 4) is planned with three bedrooms and additional bunk beds. Main bedrooms and extra sleeping places should be distinguished when choosing a villa. The villas have private pools, gardens, terraces, individual entrances and parking areas. Selected homes include rooftop relaxation areas. Long Beach and Relax Beach are approximately a five-minute walk away. Professional estate management and guest services are available. Three villas are presented for holidays and residential stays. The fourth, Wong-Guu, is under construction, with completion provisionally scheduled for late 2026 to early 2027. This is a planned date and does not confirm completion of the entire development.
