Malada Grand Coulee

About the project

Malada Grand Coulee is a Malada development by the new Chiang Mai–San Kamphaeng Road, designed in the Modern Craft style. It combines detached and attached residential houses with the M-Town zone along the main road. The master plan provides for 283 properties: 38 L Type, 86 M Type, 72 D Type, 24 Grand Pool, 34 Double Pool and 29 M-Town units. This figure covers the entire master plan, including the area marked as the next phase; it does not represent a count of completed properties. Residential layouts include two-storey D, L and M types, three-storey Double Pool and Grand Pool types, and the two-storey Modern J with two bedrooms. The project advertises Smart Home technology and green areas distributed throughout the site. Shared amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna and children’s area.
