Bliss Homes

About the project

Bliss Homes is BLISS HOMES Co. Ltd.’s original villa project in Thap Tai, southwest of Hua Hin. It comprises five plots of 1,588–1,960 m². The developer presents a completed show villa and offers four additional bespoke off-plan villas on the adjoining eastern plots. This estate is distinct from Bliss Homes Khao Tao. The H-shaped villas feature high ceilings, large glass doors, gardens on both sides and covered outdoor areas. Designs provide 3–5 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen plus a separate cooking kitchen, and a garage or carport. Wheelchair accessibility is included in the design. The show villa has four en-suite bedrooms, 257 m² of indoor living area in the main house and a separate 20.6 m² garden house. It features a 5.5 × 12 m infinity pool with a Jacuzzi, a double garage and a guest toilet. These specifications apply to the show villa; the layout and area of new villas depend on the chosen design. Advertised features include automatic irrigation, water filtration, underground electricity and fibre-optic lines, and CCTV. Insulated ventilated roofs and thick AAC-block walls address the tropical climate. The gallery shows the built show villa and its garden; completion of all five properties has not been established.
