About the project

Baan Phu Thara 2 is the second phase of the Thai Country Homes villa project in Hin Lek Fai, northwest of central Hua Hin. Its masterplan contains 17 numbered residential plots. This phase is distinct from the original Baan Phu Thara and the later Mountainside project. Five single-storey villa types are published for Phase 2: Boutique A, Boutique B, Deluxe A, Deluxe B and Executive A. All show three bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining and living area, a covered terrace, private pool, garden and parking. Published plot areas are 550 m² for Boutique, 650 m² for Deluxe and 700 m² for Executive A; the area and specification of an individual home should be checked against its own plan. 24-hour security and CCTV are advertised for the estate. Hin Lek Fai provides road access to Black Mountain Golf Club, Hua Hin International School and central Hua Hin.
