Baan Phu Thara Phase 1 Hua Hin

About the project

Baan Phu Thara Phase 1 is the first phase of the Thai Country Homes villa project in Hin Lek Fai, between central Hua Hin and the Black Mountain area. The phase masterplan covers 41 numbered plots. Villas with private pools, gardens and terraces come in four types: Superior with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; Boutique, Deluxe and Executive with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All villa designs provide wheelchair-friendly access, security alarms and automatic emergency lighting during power failures. Executive combines the kitchen, dining and living areas and includes a separate office and laundry room. Its bedrooms open onto the terrace and 12 × 4 m pool. Phase 1 is distinct from the later Baan Phu Thara Mountainside; these specifications refer to the original villa types.
