Smart House Village 2 Hua Hin is a separate Smart House residential phase in Thap Tai. It was developed after the homes in the first phase had sold out and includes 65 residential homes. The estate has a perimeter wall and controlled entrance; 24-hour security and CCTV are advertised for the community. The master plan shows four communal pools in different parts of the estate, a central clubhouse, parking areas and internal roads. A small restaurant and sauna are provided in the clubhouse. A management team offers management and maintenance services. Homes have their own plots, gardens and terraces; some have private pools. Layout, plot size, number of storeys and specification depend on the individual property. Thap Tai provides a quiet residential setting with access to central Hua Hin and the beach.
