Lake Residences is the third phase of Gardens of Eden in the Bang Tao area of Phuket, set around a central lake approximately 500 m from the beach. The project comprises nine buildings up to seven residential levels and 698 residences with one, two or three bedrooms. The projected completion of the third phase is Q2 2029. One-bedroom units range from 52–77.57 m², two-bedroom units from 80.53–118.65 m², and three-bedroom units from 123.71 m². The plans provide for a 150 m long Long Lake Pool with about 5,000 m² of water surface. The planned 8,000 m² Adventure Gardens will include tennis courts, Thai boxing, a multifunctional sports area and a children's trampoline zone. Also planned are a 6,000 m² business center with offices, coworking space and conference rooms, restaurants, a Sky Bar, fitness, yoga, a clubhouse, a children's pool and a playground. Underground parking helps keep the common area free of cars.
