About the project

Bliss Homes Khao Tao is an under-construction private villa project south of Hua Hin. The base master plan provides for seven separate residential buildings on plots ranging from 1,269 to 2,003 m². The published types B1, B2 and C are arranged on a single level around a spacious living area, covered terrace and private pool. The developer also offers custom options with three, four or five bedrooms. The H-shaped layout separates the bedrooms from the living spaces. The design includes a living room with dining area and open kitchen, a separate equipped cooking kitchen, walk-in closets, storage rooms and a laundry. Large glass openings connect the house to the terraces and garden. The specification includes double glazing, air conditioning with Wi-Fi control, CCTV surveillance, video intercom, automatic gates and a hybrid solar system with a capacity of 14 kW, a 10 kW inverter and a backup battery system. Full furnishing, separate leisure pavilions and custom project modifications are offered as options. Construction of the show villa is ongoing; the stated completion date is Q1 2027.
