Na Raya Home Hua Hin

About the project

Na Raya Home Hua Hin is a small project by Berlayar Estate in the Hin Lek Fai area. The master plan comprises five separate single-storey residential villas connected by an internal driveway. The architecture combines modern tropical style, large windows, light-toned façades and landscaped green spaces. The villas come in two layout types — A and B. Each features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a storage room, a laundry room and parking for two cars. The living area opens onto a terrace and a private pool. Plot sizes and parking placement vary, so the specific configuration should be selected according to the plan of the relevant villa. The project is located on Pracha Samakhi Road, set apart from the central districts of Hua Hin.
