Panorama Black Mountain Pool Villas

About the project

Panorama Black Mountain Pool Villas is a private villa community in the Hin Lek Fai area, next to Black Mountain. The architecture combines Balinese motifs, large pitched roofs and oversized windows. The central living room opens onto a covered terrace and a private pool, uniting indoor and outdoor spaces. The developer offers both ready-built homes and construction with adaptable layouts. Room arrangements can be changed, with the option to add a walk-in closet or a study. The published lineup includes, among others, villas with three bedrooms and three bathrooms; sizes and room composition depend on the chosen house and plot. The option for plots 3, 5 and the show home on plot 29 has an internal area of 103 m². A larger ready-built villa on the combined plots 7–8 has an internal area of 153 m² and sits on a plot of 863 m². The area of the pool, terraces and other outdoor zones is measured separately. Equipped kitchens, furniture and air conditioning are provided according to specification. The completion of individual homes does not mean the entire community is finished; the parameters of a specific villa depend on its design.
