About the project

Baan Ing Phu is the Pure Eight residential community in the Hin Lek Fai area, outside central Hua Hin, with views toward Black Mountain. On a plot of 90 rai, about 14 ha, the developer has allocated 49 private villas. The development took shape through individual designs: most homes are built in a contemporary style, while traditional Thai architecture can also be found. The estate is largely built up and inhabited, with two homes still under construction. Instead of solid walls between plots, green boundaries are used. Shared green spaces include a 2,000 m² park and a 700 m² zen garden. For residents and their guests, there is a tennis court, a padel court and a separate 80 m² fitness room. At the heart of the community is The Bubble restaurant, which also welcomes outside visitors. Residents hold joint petanque games and other community events. Every villa is connected with fiber optic cable, and electrical networks are laid underground. The water supply system includes a shared underground reservoir with a capacity of 1,000,000 L, filtration, and a separate backup generator. The estate also provides 24-hour security, daily waste collection and a dedicated management team.
