About the project

SASA Hua Hin is an under-construction condominium by Charn Issara Group on Soi Ao Hua Don 8 in the Khao Takiab area. The architectural design by Habita comprises three seven-storey buildings with 248 units on a plot of about four rai. The lineup includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The project plans include several amenity zones: tropical and children's pools, a kids' zone, the Discovery Gym fitness center, an outdoor area for active recreation and a shared lawn. The panoramic zone is planned to include an infinity-edge pool, a shared terrace and the Sky Lounge. Residents will also have access to a lobby, a shared library, landscaped courtyards, 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance and key-card access. The complex is located near Khao Takiab Beach and the Suan Son Pradiphat Golf Course. This part of Hua Hin is home to Wat Khao Takiab Temple, Rajabhakti Park and a fishing village with restaurants.
