MahaSamutr Villas Hua Hin is the residential part of the PACE Development project on Soi Hua Hin 112. The ensemble comprises 80 villas arranged around an artificial lagoon. Construction of the residential villas was completed in October 2017. The architecture combines pitched roofs, timber finishes, large glass façades and terraces facing the water and garden. A typical villa measures around 500 m². The homes come in different architectural designs; the layout and floor area of a specific villa depend on its type. The lagoon, landscaping and clubhouse area shape the overall master plan. The general view of the property is shown in the gallery's project visualization. The complex is situated within a residential area set back from the coast to the west; Hua Hin's town centre and beaches can be reached by car.
