The Vista Hua Hin

About the project

The Vista Hua Hin is an under-construction project by Dreamvista Development, set on a hillside near Soi Hua Hin 88. The master plan includes 12 standalone residences; the fitness pavilion and security post are part of the shared infrastructure. The collection features single-story three-bedroom V1 and V2 villas, as well as the X series with living spaces across two levels, a private elevator and a rooftop terrace. The X1 offers an option with a fourth bedroom, while the X2 offers a layout with a study. In the standard three-bedroom X1, the enclosed and covered area totals approximately 417.72 m²; the total developed area including the pool is approximately 537.65 m². These figures cover different space categories and do not represent interior living area alone. Planned shared facilities include a fitness center, shared gardens, a guarded entrance, CCTV surveillance and 9 m wide internal roads. Electrical and water utilities are designed to run underground. The specification includes a 5 kW solar system with a 10 kWh battery, a smart home system, an electronic lock and EV charging readiness. Hua Hin's town center and beach, Bluport and Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin are all within driving distance. The gallery features construction progress and visualizations of the villas' intended design.
