About the project

Baan Sansuk Hua Hin is a coastal residential complex by Sansiri comprising 283 units in the Nong Kae area, along Nong Kae–Takiab Road. The grounds stretch from the entrance zone to the beach: residential buildings of varying heights are arranged on both sides of the central landscaped space. Some units face the inner courtyard; views depend on the specific location of each building and unit. The landscape was designed by TROP: terrains + open space. A sequence of pools and water features runs from the lobby to the sea, spanning approximately 230 m. It includes a main pool and a children's pool, a jacuzzi zone, as well as transitional and decorative water features. Flowing water curves, natural stone boulders and plant islands continue the natural theme of the Hua Hin coastline. The landscaped area covers approximately 11,080 m². By the large pool is a terrace with sun loungers; the grounds offer direct access to the beach. Different parts of the courtyard provide both waterside relaxation spots and walking paths through greenery.
