The Standard Residences Hua Hin is a residential project by Sansiri under The Standard brand on the Khao Takiab coast with direct beach access. The site, covering about nine rai, features 251 residences. The residential portion comprises 12 buildings: one seven-storey building, seven four-storey buildings, and four single-storey buildings. The development offers one-bedroom apartments of 40.75–65.25 m², two-bedroom units of 77–119.25 m², and three-bedroom units of 107–153 m². A separate format is beach villas with a private pool, ranging from 215.75–238.75 m². The project includes four swimming pools, green areas, a pickleball court, a two-lane bowling alley, a fitness center, a spa room, a salt sauna and an experience shower. The infrastructure is complemented by a Mud Lounge, a pavilion, a barbecue area, a lawn and the Hideaway relaxation space. Pets are allowed, with a dedicated area provided for them. According to the official report as of October 2026, overall completion stands at 99%; final quality inspection is underway. September 2026 is indicated as the planned completion date, though actual handover has not yet been confirmed. The Tamarind and Cicada markets are located approximately 300 m away, while Market Village and Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin are 3.5 km away.
