Meedee Homes

About the project

Meedee Homes is a residential project of 69 single-storey villas with three to five bedrooms in the Thap Tai area on the western side of Hua Hin. All villas in the primary offering are reserved. For the three-, four- and five-bedroom types, the under-roof area is stated as 195, 245 and 295 m² respectively; plots range from about 500 m², 641–700 m², to 641–800 m². The options feature two, four and five bathrooms. The three- and four-bedroom villas come with 4×10 m pools, while the five-bedroom villa has a 65 m² free-form pool. The package includes a European kitchen, built-in wardrobes, CCTV cameras, an alarm system, controlled gates and a landscaped garden. The five-bedroom type also features a solar system and a jacuzzi. A furniture package is offered separately. The village provides 24-hour security, common area cleaning and garbage collection. A peaceful setting with mountain views is combined with easy car access to central Hua Hin and the coast.
