About the project
The Boon is a residential project by B2 Development currently under construction on Samui: a single L-shaped building with 60 apartments across four floors. The ground level features 12 units, while each of the three upper floors has 16. The layout includes studios and one- or two-bedroom apartments ranging from 32.47 to 64.31 m². Shared spaces are planned to include a swimming pool, children's playground, parking, lobby, gym and laundry room; an elevator is also provided. The architecture combines wooden slats with large windows. According to the developer's website, completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
