About the project

Naga Kiri Villas Lamai is an under-construction project by Samui Paradise Group in the Lamai area. The published master plan shows 16 plots with private villas. Each villa's layout combines three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living spaces surround a terrace with a pool; the rooftop features an open-air relaxation pavilion with views of the mountains and tropical greenery. The published layout indicates 150.05 m² of interior space and a total area of 275.69 m² including outdoor areas and the pool. Plot size depends on the chosen villa. The project includes parking for two cars, an automatic gate, a fenced garden, an outdoor shower, a laundry and a utility room. The specification also includes underground wiring and a central water heating system. The stated villa construction period is approximately 12 months.
