Layan Verde

About the project

Layan Verde is a residential resort under construction in the Layan / Bang Tao area on Phuket's west coast. The project by Layan Best View Company Limited, part of the VillaCarte Group portfolio, occupies a territory of 7.5 hectares. The project parameters specify 15 buildings: five Luxury class and ten Premium, totalling 774 apartments. The architectural concept was developed by Dewan, with landscape design by SHMA. Completion of construction is scheduled for December 2028. The offering includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Premium, one- to four-bedroom residences in Luxury, as well as four- and five-bedroom penthouses across three levels. Furniture, appliances and a Smart Home system are planned for the apartments. The project plans include two hotels and management by Dusit International. According to the plan, the infrastructure includes nine swimming pools, including a 50 m pool, a wellness centre, fitness zones and padel courts, three kids' clubs and a playground, retail spaces, restaurants, cafes and bars, co-working space and meeting rooms. Also planned are walking paths, outdoor sports areas and parking for more than 1,000 vehicles. Layan Beach is approximately two minutes away by car, Boat Avenue is about ten minutes away, and Blue Tree Phuket is about fifteen minutes away.
