Green Hills Villas Lamai is an under-construction project by Samui Paradise Group comprising six private villas of types A, B and C on the hillsides of Lamai. Each layout includes a lower level with covered parking for two cars and utility rooms, as well as an upper living level with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living areas open onto a terrace with a private pool and views of green hills. In the published layouts A3, B2 and C1, the total area is 364.36, 349.42 and 346.28 m² respectively.
