Coast Breeze Residences

About the project

Coast Breeze Residences is a project by The Wave Real Estate Group comprising 29 villas with private pools in the Bang Por area on the northern coast of Samui. The villas feature sea or garden views and come in various layouts: Type A with three bedrooms, Type D and Type E with four bedrooms, Type C with five bedrooms, and the large-format Type B. The architecture is designed with a focus on views and natural ventilation. The number of levels depends on the villa type: published plans include two-level and multi-level options, including some with a basement. Type B features separately defined entrance, living, bedroom, and basement levels. The shared infrastructure is planned to include a clubhouse, landscaped areas, a children's playground, a padel court, a restaurant, a bar, a café, and a fitness center. Bang Por Beach is within walking distance.
