Pinya Palms Phase 2 is the second phase of the Samui Heritage project, set in the green hills of the Mae Nam area on Samui. The development comprises six two-storey villas with three bedrooms and private pools. The plot size is 333 m², and the stated villa area is 274 m². All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms; one bedroom is located on the ground floor. The layout also includes a separate study. Each villa features a saltwater pool, a pool terrace, a rooftop terrace, a tropical garden and parking for two cars. Mae Nam Beach is about five minutes away by car. The estimated construction period is 11–13 months; a confirmed completion date has not yet been set.
