Aether Golden Pool Villas is a boutique project by Samui Heritage featuring private pools, located in the Plai Laem area in the north-east of Samui, between Plai Laem Soi 8 and 10. The main lineup includes three-bedroom, three-bathroom villas with a separate guest toilet, ranging from 264–271 m²; stated plot sizes are 350–587 m². A two-bedroom, two-bathroom option with a guest toilet is also available, measuring 220 m² on Plot No. 19. The layouts combine the living room, dining area and kitchen; each villa features a private pool, terraces, a raised sala pavilion and parking. The specification includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully fitted bathrooms, and a kitchen with a sink, electric hob and extractor hood. The estimated construction period is 12–13 months; a confirmed completion date has not yet been set.
