Financing of up to 25% of the villa price for a term of up to 120 months. The interest rate and individual terms have not been published. For villas under construction, six payments are provided, tied to construction stages: 5% upon booking, 15% upon signing the contract, 25% upon completion of the foundation, 25% upon completion of the structure and building envelope, 20% at the finishing stage, 10% upon handover of the keys.
