Love It Wongamat Beach is a new residential project by Global Top Group in the Wongamat area in north Pattaya, near Naklua Soi 14. On a plot of about 5.5 rai, four eight-storey residential buildings and approximately 746 units are planned. On offer are studios from 26 m², one-bedroom apartments of around 39 m², and two-bedroom apartments of around 52 m²; combined layouts and units with direct pool access are also available. A separate clubhouse spans three floors.
