Pavara Vhana Collection is a private villa project by Pavara Development Group set on a green hillside in the Layan area of Phuket, about 1.3 km from Layan Beach. The architecture combines elements of a traditional Thai house, open spaces and natural ventilation with contemporary layouts. The villas are oriented toward sea views and the natural landscape. The current collection features villa types with three to five bedrooms and floor areas from 600 to 1,710.90 m². The project plans to include private panoramic pools, spacious terraces and shaded pavilions. The planned shared infrastructure includes a clubhouse with a pool, meditation gardens, yoga platforms and a treetop bridge. Complex management and concierge service are planned. Nearby are Layan and Bang Tao beaches and the Hat Layan area of Sirinat National Park.
