GOOD DAY Rama 9-Srinakarin is a residential project by AP Thailand near Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, in the Suan Luang district of Bangkok. It brings together two neighboring parts: Prime — one seven-story building with 76 units, and Privé — one seven-story building with 70 units. A total of 146 units are planned. Unit sizes in Prime range from 29–54 m², and in Privé from 29–53 m²; layouts include one- and two-bedroom options, as well as units with an extra room. Each part is planned to include a Good Health Club fitness centre, The Productive Space work areas, The Living Hall lounge and The Hive common area.
