About the project

Eden Ekkamai is an under-construction residential project by Eden Estate on Ekkamai Soi 12, in the Khlong Tan Nuea subdistrict, Watthana district, Bangkok. The seven-story building comprises 17 residences and is designed for family living, featuring spacious apartments and duplexes. The project's website presents two-bedroom Simplex apartments of 200 m² and three-bedroom duplexes of 400 m². The architectural concept was developed by SCDA, interiors by PIA, and landscaping by PLA. The project features private elevators, a residents' lounge, an infinity-edge pool with a waterside lounge, two private fitness centers, private Himalayan salt saunas, and a guest service and concierge desk. A 24-hour personal assistant is also available. According to the developer's update published in September 2026, overall construction progress stands at 86%; structural works are 100% complete. The gallery includes official architectural renderings of the building, pool, lounge, fitness center, and duplex interior. The location on Ekkamai Soi 12 provides access to the venues and infrastructure of the Ekkamai and Thonglor areas.
