About the project

MARU CHULA is a condominium under construction by Major Development on Charoen Muang Road, Rong Mueang area, Pathum Wan, in the Chula–Samyan quarter of Bangkok. The project comprises a single 27-storey tower with 219 units. The developer states a construction period from Q1 2025 to Q4 2027; the 2027 completion year is planned. According to the official report for September 2026, overall construction progress stood at 53.59%. The planned infrastructure includes a Town Hall common area, a quiet room, a meeting room, a co-working space, a photo and livestream studio, an infinity edge pool, a yoga and dance studio, a bike simulator room and a separate reading room. Pets are allowed in the Natural Lab area. Plans also provide for two passenger lifts and one service lift, as well as 107 parking spaces, 36 of which are in the automated parking system. Nearby are Chulalongkorn University, Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park and Banthat Thong Road. MRT Hua Lamphong is about 600 m away, and Samyan Mitrtown is about 1.2 km away.
