VIP TropiKa Bangtao is an under-construction condominium by VIP Thailand in the Bang Tao area on Phuket's west coast. The project comprises 614 apartments in five residential buildings up to seven storeys high. Phase one consists of buildings 1–2 with 300 apartments, while phase two consists of buildings 3–5 with 314 apartments. The project offers studios of 30 m², one-bedroom apartments of 45 m², two-bedroom apartments of 60 m² and three-bedroom apartments of 90 m², as well as Suite residences and two-level Duplex apartments. The centerpiece of the complex will be a large lagoon pool with a bar. Both phases will feature fitness centers, coworking spaces and kids' clubs; the grounds will be complemented by landscaped gardens and recreation areas. Nearby are Bang Tao and Layan beaches, Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket and HeadStart International School. Completion of phase one is planned for 2028, and phase two for 2029.
