VIP Space Odyssey is a mixed-use project by VIP Thailand under construction in Rawai in southern Phuket. The development occupies approximately 25,600 m² and is planned to include 574 apartments across four buildings, plus 23 private villas with pools. Buildings 1 and 3 have eight storeys each, while buildings 2 and 4 have six. Residential layouts include studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The development has two phases: the first comprises 287 apartments and 11 villas, and the second comprises 287 apartments and 12 villas. Planned facilities include two shared panoramic pools, two fitness centres, kids’ clubs, a playground, a commercial building with a restaurant, three retail units, a co-working space, landscaped gardens and 24-hour security. Nearby are Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, Promthep Cape, and the restaurants and cafés of southern Phuket. Completion of the first phase is planned for 2028, and the second for 2029.
